I cant log on! Even though all my details are correct i can not get passed the last verification bit. Can anybody help or give me technical support contacts please? Contacted royal mail HR and my line managers and no help. Thank you

I was the same, try closing all your tabs and clear your history, worked for me

I can only get on if I turn my wifi off.

Then when on the main page it works fine WITH wifi.

Strange.

Make sure the caps lock isn’t on as it automatically goes to that
Also the app isn’t very good as it’ll sometimes ask me for the 14th letter of my password when I don’t have 14 letters in it.

The app is cheap and poorly done but it’s Royal mail standards

I can’t get past the three flashing blue dots on the app.
Cleared cache and history.
Turned phone off then back on.
Tried with Wi-Fi off.
Deleted app and reinstalled.

I'm having trouble too.asked me to reset password.sent me a verification code.now i can't log on at all.

This is still not working here. It is a good job we didn’t stop sending out paper payslips so we can still check our wages are correct if the app goes down…oh, no wait.

Update.......seems to be working now just managed to log in, shame I can't actually book leave on it or order replacement shoes for knackered ones that I've had less than 6 months.
