I work in the 'Callers' office full time, am I entitled to any allowances? nobody in my office seems to know or they don't want to tell me. Obviously I don't get D2D money and I only get the Early Shift Allowance every other week, as I have to do a late shift every other week. Surely I must be entitled to something, danger money perhaps with all the cr@p I take off the customers. :crazy:

I'm hoping you are right, then RM owe me £29 per week x 2 years = £3016 doubt if i'll ever see that!

Where would I find proof to back up my claim? I'm not in the good books with some of the managers as I took out a bullying & harrassment case against one of them and won, so I know they would'nt tell me anything.

Surely if they will not tell you anything that could result in you taking another case out against them, it also means they have not learnt anything.

Thanks for the advice, I don't know if I've got the strength to go through another case against management, I nearly resigned last time due to the stress of it all, but I were'nt gonna let them have the satisfaction of me leaving.

I will ask the guy on our callers desk if he gets this,i know the other guy gets the £29 and he works in the R.L.E. if you are entitled to it get your rep or area rep to sort it out and get your £3016,they will have to pay it to IF you are owed it

The guy on our callers was off today,but the other p.h.g. told me he gets the leadership allowance as well.Its to do with the fact that they lock up the office and cover managers when they are not there,so if you do these things you should get it,ask a rep at your office(i spoke to one on your picket line last week and he was sweet as) to look in to it for you if you do these things.
