Royal Mail Health Bus!

Post by POSTMAN »

HealthBus, a Royal Mail service for postal workers to have health checks at work in the postal rooms across the country. It’s currently being piloted in the North East and they hope to fund more across the country.
Anybody heard of this?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

That's the first I've heard of this, POSTMAN.

Have to say though , if the two clowns currently immersing themselves in the trough get rid of any more postalworkers , and increase
the workloads of those who remain , it'll be bleedin' ambulances we'll need !!! :cool

Health buses have been around for years but they had used to be portable cabins that were parked up usualy at big MLOs and staff could go in for a health check, i remember at Stoke once one postmen after having his health check was told to get out in the fresh air and go on long walks, true.
And also if Tommo was driving a health bus down the road what would be the difference between Leighton and Crozier lying in the road and two rats lying in the road ??????????????
ANSWER

THERE WOULD BE SKID MARKS AROUND THE RATS

I think this is visiting us in a couple weeks, anyone interested have to register their name and the time slot they would like, you then get a 15 minute health check ie lung capacity, cholesterol, weight etc.
