I can’t find the robin app on the App Store. Am I spelling it wrong ???

Will my Peoples app username and password work on the robin app ??

If I remember correctly it's the old workplace app login details that work, can't recall if those are the same as the people app login.

No you have to go on the people app, select workplace and use the credentials from there, the login will be an email address that is your name@royalmail.com or .co.uk can't remember which then there's a password showing for 1st time use that you can change later.

Used my Name with full stop between first & surname and used .co.uk

Told last week by WAM that days are numbered for the people app.
I only want to view the new app for wage slips, uniform & annual leave.
Took me ages access the Robin app, but successful today. Had to register with NI number, postcode, etc

Took advice from poster on here initially to gain email address & password go to the people app & click on workplace tile.
Even if you were not on Workplace like me. The password will be temporary (letters & numbers) you will be told to update on login.

Tried logging into Robin but once I've input my email and password it opens up microsoft, tells you to login via that and then it tells me to verify my identity. This is where it stops working, just a blank white page.

Haven't really taken much notice of this Robin nonsense. I don't want to download their crappy app onto my own phone, but does the above link enable you to use it via desktop PC?

You're using the wrong email address try this advice from a few posts up

Have you actually done it for the 1st time? It tells you the password to use for the initial login on robin on the people app along with that email address that ends in @royalmail.com or .co.uk then you change it yourself.

If so have you tried "forgotten password" that seems like a good place to start.
