How many CWU reps have you seen being given preferential treatment at your workplace?

Every local rep at my DO has ended up as a manager or with a duty at the local MC.

The area reps just keep failing upwards because nothing ever gets resolved other than people leaving the business.

None. Anyone who does that knows they will become toxic. I think it happens less than thought but when it does it blows up massive
