A/L whilst on sick leave ??

I have just been signed off from my GP as unfit to work for 3 months. However during those 3 months I have booked 3 weeks of annual leave which I booked before I fell ill. What happens to those weeks of annual leave ?. Can I request for them to be converted into sick leave instead so that I can use them once I go back to work and they wont be lost ?. Should I phone my manager and just ask ? Not sure what the procedure is. Im a part time worker- Saturday AG if that makes a difference. Thank you all

They will get automatically refunded once you overtake the days booked as sick.

For example if you were off on holiday 1st to 7th august, still sick on the 8th, the holiday will refund itself.
