Clearly first open acknowledgement that it doesn't work and the CWU won't back RMs idea of a 100 offices a week converting to it after OFCOM approves it in the next weeks. Interesting times ahead!

Not really RM will just enforce with exec action and the CWU will stand back and say they can't do anything to help us? It's pretty obvious to most of us that doing double/triple mail was never going to be achievable, so why haven't the CWU being saying that from day 1?

And here's why the CWU is going in the bin of history. Ward gives this speech to a limited audience who are quite right to report what Ward says. Then Ward does nothing and won't repeat the statement outside the room. Is it any wonder that membership is declining so rapidly.
