After pestering us every day for weeks to fill the survey in it we have been waiting nearly 2 months for the results :crazy:

Anyone had the results for their office.

No, although someone did say they thought the manager had received his results but nothings been shared with us.

By the time they've "massaged" the figures I'm sure every office will have 10/10 for all areas. Another bonus trigger hit and all the staff are fully engaged according to the numbers.

I didn’t do it this year. We didn’t get the usual pressure to engage so I don’t think too many did it.

Our manager has put the main 2 worse statistics up on the wall….

1. Work load … unmanageable / too much.
2. Tools to do the job e.g vans.

No work plan as of yet and i don’t expect there will be one as manager has already said that these issues are beyond/out of her control.

What % of engagement would get a manager a bonus? Would assume it would have to surely be 80%+

Ours was pretty low so I doubt the manager(s) got any bonus. :nana
