Paid wage before Retirement

I need help please
My husband worked the week before he retired
So he worked Monday to Sat when he then officially retired
He hasn't been paid for that week they are saying that's correct
Surely not so he's worked a week for nothing ?
What about holiday pay he didn't take etc
He can't log on to the website he usually checks his wage on as the day he retired they took that privilege away
He can't phone either as he's classed as a leaver and that's something else but website doesn't work !
It's ridiculous you can't talk to anyone
