Donaghadee SUDO (BT21)
Ilford DO (IG1, IG2, IG3, IG4, IG5 and IG6)
Oxford East DO (OX3, OX4, OX33, OX44 and OX49)
Sleaford DO (NG34)

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Does it matter why? Obviously Donaghadee has made the official shitlist. My DO has had 2 weeks worth of mail stuck in frames many many times since 2020 and has not even once been listed.

Not sure how we got off the list, perhaps someone of management grade has been somewhat liberal with their figures.
But then again i wouldn't know for sure, all i know is it's still above 30%.

Sickness and holidays, we only have 7 duties and there's 4 of them covered by agency.
Sounds ok but they can't sort packets, mail or prep the duties with any speed. Not their fault but it slows us up terribly.
