I think the way it's going, poor pay deals and way of working, RM wont have any trouble redycing head count.

Because that's when March's CPI is know.

How many other agreements have they stuck to? There's no reason why the pay review couldn't have formed part of the recent discussions.

Its all interest for kretinsky the longer he holds off on any money going into our accounts.. I mean look at th equalization from last September we are waiting on a 1st step.. 8 months now.. its going to be a hell of a backpayment to fork this out.. lets say the 1st step is paid breaks.. it will cost millions but its there ready to be released.. or unless the timeline new entrants have been given is wrong but who would be lying to us?

The irony is that we were sold this 3 year pay deal as a way of making sure the next couple of rises would be actioned very quickly.

I think Walsh mentioned the first step they were asking for was about .50p an hour increase.
