I'm glad you have agreed that I'm not being racist
I don't know where you got that idea from?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Unemployable and homeless young men are.
Yes because we wouldn’t have any of those without immigration. Take a wander down your local deprived town and take a look at who the unemployable and homeless are - hint they aren’t immigrants or asylum seekers. We have working poor unable to afford housing. Families with kids.

Have you just conveniently ignored all the non foreign beggars in your 'local deprived town' :left:
They are mostly illegal immigrants/slaves who beg on the street all day and give all the money donated to their handlers every single day. You should know better lol

You're 100% correct there, so why would the country need more of the same? Logic?

The country does cry out for them. Ignore your copy of the mail engage your brain and research birth rates for this country. They are at record low levels. We have managed to allow the wealthy to plunder this country to such a degree that working poor folks can’t afford to have children any more.
So, you claim that the country cries out for them, when in reality no country does?
All those young (mostly) males sitting around doing nothing of worth in parks from Sicily and Greece to Finland and Eire are our economic future?
Uneducated, untrained and all but unemployable, but our prosperity depends on them?

We have also managed to make it impossible for the kids actually being born here to get an education due to the crippling finances involved. So the population is getting older, we have no trained people coming in because immigration = bad and nobody capable of filling vital roles in society.
And if we have "more immigration" then kids will get a better education and more will be able to afford kids themselves?
The perfect example of Dunning Kruger with a large slice of Left Wing dogma thrown in.
Again ~ why do you focus on the relatively tiny proportion of immigrants who as you say “sit around in parks doing nothing”?

Please just ask yourself why?

And do you have an issue with the vast number of Ukrainians now here? I would guess you do not, as they are white.
Got a few Ukrainians on my delivery, good people who have got jobs and integrated well.

I think I am probably more of a reliable source when it comes to my local area than you are Bounced-Czech (aka CarryingMgmnt) but carry on ‘contributing’ to these threads as you have been and you will soon have to invent a 4th account here to continue your obsession. Sad.

I'm glad you have agreed that I'm not being racist
I don't know where you got that idea from?

Because it's always been about numbers not race, you think I'm being racist when I'm not, you blinkered world view is anyone who object to excess immigration is automatically a racist.

Your previous post simply confirms my point. " Not enough houses"

Fact we do NOT have enough houses,
Here is a fact for you:

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) publishes data on homes classed as empty for Council Tax purposes. In October 2022, there were 676,304 recorded empty homes in England. This is a 3.6% increase on the previous year’s total.
So explain to me why house price is rising and the population has rise by 3.7 million in the last 10 years, 676,304 houses doesn't cut it, not all of those homes are fit to live or the owner is not willing to sell.

https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulation ... C105%2C000.

You need to build 1 m homes a year just to keep up with numbers not just migrants, resident families with adult children stuck at home unable to afford a flat or a house, those most at need without a home goes automatically to the top of the list which means migrants go straight to the top of the waiting list for housing

I'm glad you have agreed that I'm not being racist instead I was being factual increased number and not enough housing, which is my original point all along.

Maybe because they're the ones filling up hostels and hotels across the EU and UK? Because they're the ones who cost the country money rather than contribute? Because they're the ones who are prey to unscrupulous "employers" using them for cash-in-hand jobs for less than minimum wage? Because they're the ones making (probably) every city in the UK and the EU look like a Third World shanty town?
That "tiny proportion" are the ones causing issues (real or imagined) across the whole of Europe. Phillipino nurses, West African doctors and healthcare workers and Polish factory workers etc etc aren't the issue. Unemployable and homeless young men are.

And do you have an issue with the vast number of Ukrainians now here? I would guess you do not, as they are white.
There it is. The good old standby of implication of skin-colour prejudice as a way of shutting down the argument.
Do you actually know the figures for how many immigrants we are housing in hotels and hostels?

Do you believe that if we just deported all of them, and allowed no more in, that everything would be fine?

Do you have any problem with Ukrainian refugees living here? Why not answer the question rather than the textbook outrage as the suggestion that you might possibly have a problem with people who look different to you - which by the way once again is sort of understandable and there are explanations for that. Im not calling you evil.

Also ~ are they buying and renting all our houses and taking all our jobs, or filling al our hotels and hostels? Surely it cant be both.

I neither said or implied any of those tired old cliches.
You're very apt to employ the stock Strawman arguments so over-used by those who identify as being on the Left.
I have no idea how many are housed in hotels etc, do you?
Either way, as it's our tax being used to pay the bills, it's too many.

I believe its between 30-40’000, costing £5million per day. To put into context we spend over £450 million per day on the nhs.

Im not saying £5million per day is a good thing but again you are blaming the wrong people. I would argue that literally every single one of those being holed up in hotels and hostels would rather be working and paying taxes and helping to grow our economy.

The far right argue we need to cut immigration and build the economy ~ im not sure those 2 things are possible together.

2025/26 NHS funding is £192bn

£525 million a day.

Just for context NHS budget has increased over £1bn a week since Brexit.

You are so outraged by something you have no clue is even true? And you accused me of not following logic.

What is it that I'm outraged over, and what may not be true? What are you on about?
{is this where you do your usual trick of taking the thread off down a rabbit hole and everyone gives up replying?}
