So by saying that if anyone is bullied in the workplace they should quit that too? Think about what you posted as it makes no sense to me.

You can't avoid people by going into the workplace so that's completely different. But an online forum? Obviously, the moderators will know when people have crossed the line and they have banned users in the past for foul and abusive language. From what I've read on here those who often complain about the forum admin not banning people often (wittingly or unwittingly) dish out as much as they receive.
There is always the foe function but if that still makes no sense to you then we will have to agree to disagree.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
