Yet another heavy busy day. Rained pretty much all the way round.

Finished bang on time. Took 4hr 30mins to get round which is become the norm :neutral:
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

Busy and wet, very wet :sad:

Besides that OK, though got asked for my ID whislt going in too a council's oldies place...

I haven't got an ID badge, the lino said they don't bother issuing till you been there 3 months or so :no no

Oh wells brought the mail back :Very Happy

I thought RM must issue everyone with proper footwear at least on delivery.

No.
It isn't classed as PPE.
It's been a long running battle between the CWU and Royal Mail.
Dave Joyce,the CWU National Health, Safety & Environment(when did they add that?) Officer has written several 15,000 word LTB's on the subject.

We should have had the day off for the funeral.

Off sick for the first time in my 2 month career :thumbdown

Damaged the tendons in my ankle :thumbdown

Thats my career over, what sympathy can i expect from RM ??????????????????????????????????? :nervous :nervous

Not too heavy today, got soaking wet though and it was murder trying to write on soggy slips..Lay in bed now shattered with pains shooting down the sides of my legs, was supposed to be my long weekend but was asked if I could go in and do some OT, wish I was having it off now, oh well . :neutral:

It turns out that all the advice that i have had on this forum in the few months of being a postie has been BANG ON :thumbup
