We had this a few years back. What you need to do is get everyone to have a drink ready and when you get called up say "oh ok i will just finish my drink or it will go cold" or something to that effect. You than hang around for a few mins supping. :Very Happy

Drives them nuts and normally does the trick.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

Snowed all the delivery but thankfully that dry stuff that does not settle easy. Heavy day with water rates and Viking direct cats.

Got a pissed off when i saw the manager going home at 8.15am, is there any point of them coming in for a couple of hours. I had only just started a 4hr slog. :evil/mad

I'm game to give it a go but i doubt if a lot of the others will be.
Extra managers coming in Monday to enforce it..

There are other ways like everyone needing the loo at the same time (ips time) forming a queue etc. You need to get backing but if everyone is fed up with it. More than one way to crack an egg etc.

didnt leave the depot untill 10 am and that was early ,can only dream of 7.15
Only way they can get all the lge packets shifted is to let drivers out asap whilst everyone else is on IPS. God knows what will happen when the revision starts. If it is any consolation don't get out on 'mail' delivery until after 10.

Usual terrible end to an already hard week.
The b'stards decided that Saturday was the day to make us deliver fooking Viking Catalogue shyte, and as is now traditional, shyte from some estate agent or other.
Had to go to every door.
This company really is a bucket of shyte.
A curse on all those responsible for totally ruining, what was always an imperfect anyway, weekend. :evil/mad

My Saturday was hell too, cold and when the wind was blowing bloody freezing

Loads of Viking brochures too, and the icing on the cake was getting bitten by a dog towards the end of the walk, ripped a hole in my trousers. :evil/mad

That keeps happening here. I've just kept one mini-pouch and gone back to using my old pouch bags that can be rolled up. Everything the way I like it - no readjusting the straps, no hunting for the bags, no rewriting loop labels :confused
The machine stops.

1st day after an office reorganisation (no revision yet)...chaos, all the walks were numbered as 101,102,103 etc and your share box was with the walk next to you.Now they have moved them all over the place eg 101 next to 122 next to 108 etc so your share box is still as before but no longer close to you and you have 200 postmen walking round with half full boxes looking for half their flats....i mean..really HOW HARD CAN IT BE to keep the walks in order!
