Sorry not looked at the Zenith plan so I can't answer. My lease is not through my pay its through a different financial arrangement so me leaving my job would have zero effect.
However, I will try to find out and post details if able. Though probably not today.

Zenith Car Leasing
It can be a hell of a lot of money, especially if within 3 months of having the car, which is another reason I cancelled.

For anyone that wants to know the details of the MyDrive / Zenith deal in Royal Mail, including the charges for 'early cancellation' or what happens if and when you leave Royal Mail, the documents attached below were downloaded from the Zenith website.

I have had my car for about 18 months....had the regular deduction from my gross but also had a net deduction of 37.50 ...just wondered if anyone had had the same issue....the deduction was 'net car deduction'

Re: Zenith Car Leasing
I had the thing through the post other day and it was advertising a Nissan Leaf for 210 quid a month. I'm actually tempted by this as I fill my current car three or four times a month at 40 - 50 quid a pop. I reckon combined with insurance, plus the cost of savings in fuel it'd actually cost me about 50 quid a month. Seems too good to be true to be honest. Anybody brought an electric car through it?

Re: Zenith Car Leasing
Electric cars are excellent value through MyDrive. I've been unable to find a cheaper way of getting an electric car but do your own research, get a Zenith quote and run a private lease quote at the same time.
I can't speak for the customer service side of Zenith as a car owner (leaser), lots of negative comment out there but it's human nature to moan loud and praise quietly so look after the car, "play by the rules" and hopefully you'll be fine.
I know lead times are significant at the minute but that's true across all the car industry and not specific to Zenith.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Re: Zenith Car Leasing
i would assume that like in any other leasing agreement after 14 days cooling off period you are due to pay the remaining total cost when you decide to return the car early?

Re: Zenith Car Leasing
You need to look in the T&C's yourself, different payments for different scenarios:

If you leave Royal Mail Group, you may have to pay an early termination fee. Please refer to the MyDrive Car Scheme terms and conditions MyDrive Car Scheme Leave Event Summary.
