offered to share my tips with my park and loop partner and split them at the beginning of christmas , he refused as he thought he would get a lot more than me as he does a lot of door stepping ,leaving packets in sheds etc spending more time on delivery chatting them up .
I was very amused to find out how disappointed he was with his results , turned out I who has no time to do any more than the basics service as my loops are a lot bigger and he is always waiting for me i was given twice what he got , still not a lot but appreciated :nana :nana

Split our tips between us and got about £80 each and I gave him the bottle of wine i got as i don't drink. Funny thing is i got tips of people who i hardly see and don't do anything special for. Others who i go the extra for since they asked eg packet in the shed/garage, etc not even a merry Christmas. Still i don't count on tips so anything is a bonus

I had 10 pounds tip from people I seen regularly and 12 pounds from people I never seen. Weird.

Same here I get people through out November early December asking what tipple I drink and giving the impression I'm in for a bottle of something or a nice tip and then the 2 weeks before and after Christmas I don't see hide nor hair of them after which nothing is mentioned.

Most tips from people I've hardly seen.

Yes it always been the same. People who you help out a week before Christmas say "oh I will see you before Christmas" and then hide for the next 2 weeks when they see you coming along the road. :left:

People who you may never talk to come out and give you a tip. :hmmmm
