Wiped out with packets. Five and half hours to get around.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

A busy busy day! Many many packets to go out and no one was in. Some doors open but most were signed for so not
Much use. PDA on the blink batterywise too. Came back to a sea of packets but many swallowed by my frame after I had set in.
Tomorrow will be fun and long. Another hour overtime today anyway :D

Had a day in callers! To be quite honest I loved it! I had some right arsey customers composing about pointless things but I still felt like I had come home (all my previous jobs have been customer service and complaints).
I am in callers now till Xmas, wish I could stay permanently but I know that wont happen :-(

Absolutely awful. The worst day of the year for me. No support whatsoever from management.

Quiet on letters, parcels manageable. Would say quiet for time of year, is thera a back log in the system some where.

If it is quiet on busy day, it will mean tomorrow will be a bloody nose day for you.
