I'm in a WhatsApp group of RM mates, most were spunking over the news, vote no & let's make this shower of a shite union earn their coin ✊🏻

Well said 1 year only, bunch of lazy cwu sell outs
Why is it lazy to get a 3yr deal.take it your not a cwu member.yet alot on here moan we never get a payrise in april.
As I said before there will b no improved deal, it’s been ready for months only sticking point has been how to equalise pay for new starts…..that’s probably why it’s a 3 year deal to bring them to pay parity….4 percent over 2 years makes do difference T&Cs be torn up anyway if profit isn’t what the new owner thinks….thanks to processing today though for sending out gold labels when Sunday hubs was panned 👍
Guarantee it wont be 4% over 2years.

[X]ROYAL MAIL GROUP NEGOTIATORS AGREEMENT REACHED

We have today reached a negotiators agreement with Royal Mail Group on pay and issues related to section 5 of the December 2024 EP Group / CWU agreement.

In line with the unions rules, the CWU Postal Executive will now debate and vote on the agreement. We will share the timeline for this meeting as soon as we have it.

If it is endorsed by the Postal Executive we will share the full details of the agreement as part of an extensive communications exercise ahead of a full members ballot.

We thank members for both your patience and support.

Martin Walsh
Deputy General Secretary Postal

Dave Ward [/
They will endorse it. They will let you know about it when they decide to, because they make the rules and have all the power and information.
You will know nothing until they choose to let you know just to remind you that you have no power or choice and must accept what they tell you
to accept.
You will be shafted yet again and judging by the required “extensive communications exercise” this sellout will be bigger than usual.
Vote no then .
Excellent advice .
Seems even our gang bosses realise they’ve gone too far. Never thought I’d see the day.
Bye
