I think one way or another RM will have it live everywhere by about mid October to get it to bed in a little before packets increase around mind November.Emohawk wrote: ↑28 Aug 2026, 19:29One of our managers said today that if the Local Rep doesn't agree to the DM26 plan next week, and doesn't offer solutions, it's being pushed through anyway for October. It is important to remind all CWU representatives that management must be held accountable for the
safeguards contained within the agreement. No unit should be deployed unless a fully agreed
resourcing plan is in place for up to 6 weeks and all pre-deployment checks and governance processes
have been completed.
No extra vans, no extra staff, although any part timer who wants it will go full time, and duties aren't being made lighter.
Oh, and I was asked today to estimate what 20% of my duty is (assume I will be pod 3 or 4). I asked why not 25%, like it says on the DM26 sheets. I was told they aren't doing that as no walk has 6 loops.

Oh, that was always the plan, agreements be damned. It makes more sense, to me anyway, to redo all the duties from stratch and get it ready for April, but hey ho.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑28 Aug 2026, 20:42I think one way or another RM will have it live everywhere by about mid October to get it to bed in a little before packets increase around mind November.
