DM26 - 4 heavy bags, 4 light bags for each individual in the pod. I get the driver's bags may not be balanced to allow the driver to do the oversize. Don't forget the only time the vehicle is used to deliver packets is when they are oversize or its not practical to do it any other way. If the duty you are on did not complete before DM26 it should either donate delivery points to a non-pod singleton or it should become a non-pod singleton.

The agreement says it uses the 2025 base data. Obviously you'll need someone who can remember if the duty completed prior to the 2022 lapsing plan.

Everyone in our office want's the Rural rounds, they have essentially got a job upgrade, longer hour days while doing the 50/50 models, it's hilarious how this has came through, they will just drag there little feet around and have a nice easy day while the pods get absolutely hammered, the solo driver in the pods has to do 2/3 of 2 rounds heavy rounds then 2/3 of a light round, imagine the difference in workloads, most town jobs already get hammered with far more parcels in the van shared jobs, the workloads are going to be so uneven it's unreal!

One in our office has 3 heavy loops and 3 light loops each day on their single pod covering 2 duties.Doesn’t have to help out on others, unlike the single ‘assist’ duties. Unbelievably easy compared to the pods taking all one side heavy, one side light and a third each side of theirs

If we still had job and finish I could see problems with workloads but now we are clocking in and out I'm happy to take as much work as they want to give me, it won't all get done and it will no doubt have a knock on effect for the rest of the week but that's not my problem

So on DM26 are the van shares doing the heavy loops together at the same time, then the light loops at the same time. That's how I thought it was going to be from looking at the little diagrams that are on display. But reading from people online they seem to be saying one person does heavy side while the other does light and then next day you swap over and do the opposite, which doesn't seem very efficient

We've already been doing that for months anyway in our DO. Posties just have to get use today deliver what they can, not what they think they need to deliver to keep their customers happy.

We've already been doing that for months anyway in our DO. Posties just have to get use today deliver what they can, not what they think they need to deliver to keep their customers happy.

Many have been doing the bare minimum for the last couple of years, to be honest that's probably why we have more staff now
