I’m monthly paid on a 40-hr contract. My payslip for 30 September has arrears of basic pay of £534.30 gross, back pay for OT of £97.24 gross, plus £11.42 gross for OT holiday pay arrears, making a total backpay amount of £642.96 before tax. Think that seems about right. Have cleared just shy of £3,200 this month so I’m happy enough.
What was the top line for the month then? Since you happily quoted top line for arrears, overtime and holiday pay.

For whatever reason O/T back dated to April is not on the payslip. It only goes back to 18-08-2025, not back to April. Let’s see if it’s on next weeks payslip, and why hasn’t the CWU made an announcement to clarify why payroll hasn’t paid all the O/T .

If I may ask, how many hours do you work roughly per month?
I work on average around 230 hours a month, and I received £590 gross

Load of old shite.

Unless they make an announcement about equalisation soon I’ll be off.

Quite a few tbh. I work 40 hours per week as per my contract, which means my payslip each month shows 173:56 (hh:mm) for basic pay. This month (Sept) I had almost 53 hours OT (26:33 for September, 26:21 for August), though that’s a bit of an extreme example as it’s usually only about 45 hours or so.

Arrears back to April will be there, just under the general heading of "Arrears of xxx", rather than split out per week / month.
