Maybe, but don't you think that RM is fast becoming more like Amazon with a high employee turnover rate? The company appears to view it as a way of filtering out the wheat from the chaff so to speak. We had dozens of agency workers working during the strike and a few of them were kept on. Unfortunately, there is no real shortage of unskilled labour out there.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

If you're bringing in commit to deliver, then you need job and knock, you can't have one without the other.
