RM almost certainly have a figure in mind with "legacy" contracts where they feel when employment tribunal costs are factored in that it's cheap enough to force everyone on a "legacy" contract onto one of the newer contracts.
More nonsense from our resident MC worker, it would take years, even decades, before legacy contracts were sufficiently low enough to risk an handful of staff taking RM to an employment tribunal.
Unless you know how many legacy contracts exist and how close they are to retirement or how soon they plan to quit then your speculation as to how long it'll take is bullshit

RM will do it one day, you're deluded if you think that it'll never happen. Only RM know when they consider it worth the risk/being cheap enough to impliment.
Some offices may not have has much EVR as you might think.
With delivery 2.0+USO change they want duties down to 450 calls.
Which means those offices with massive deliveries which took 1 postie to do will have maybe 2 doing the same walk.
But with a much higher call rate. Potentially 1/3 to 1/2 of d2ds being delivered that day.
