yeah, I think we can all agree that van share has been a total disaster and really inefficient.
Maybe the USO reform plus these 'new methods' we've been drip fed will consign it to the bin.

If RM were to switch to every postie having their own van, how many DOs would have the room in their yard to park all them vans?

We haven't got anywhere near enough room as it is. RM have been paying a business several hundred yards away thousands of pounds a year (for 14 years) to park most of our fleet overnight on their premises.
