Watching the video, this new method of re-organising the frames was only done in smaller units. The COMs obviously see the advantages - more lapsing and not having to do any more revisions.
How it would work in larger offices remains to be seen as we get dozens of Yorks of parcels and half of the floor space is already occupied by the frames. They could make all the frames double slots but for this method to work effectively we would just need a bigger office to work in. We did have one years ago before they closed all the other smaller offices and had them relocate to ours.
