So green flag 1st attempt, Red flag 2nd attempt. on PDA.
Why use these colours, as I and thousands more are colour blind on RED / GREEN.

The particular customer was arrogant and ignorant. She assumed, regardless of colour, a post office marked card meant I was running off with her parcel. So I do feel for those mistaking what to do with the upcoming red cards.
It won't be the last time that happens.

Just make sure to leave a Green card

Well here we are after all this time, spent many years on delivery then ended up in the CSP no respect from the Management or the great British public HA HA . Day after day with moan after moan felt like a black cloud above my head, facing down angry customers with absolutely no support from the manages all they just say is "tell em to phone customer services" how pathetic is that. Packets not booked in, 739s not ordered, but always have time to make you feel lower than slug tits.
So now we have a race to get rid of CSPs which is no surprise so JUST GET ON WITH IT

Sorry for resurrecting this thread from the dead, but I can't see the answer to this.

1st and 2nd deliveries attempted - not in. Customer requests delivery on another day (when they'll definitely be in ;liar),
still not in - so has the delivery attempt clock been reset and a further 2nd delivery is to be attempted? (Which is actually
the fourth delivery attempt!). Can't see the answer amongst the threads.

No it gets booked back in to the CSP.

What 739 sticker do you use then?

When this has happened to me on more than one occasion, the PDA states that a delivery is to be attempted the next day. :arrrghhh

Good question, I don’t think there is one. I just write on the package and back in the locker it goes.

Thought I read that on the third attempt it goes back to the sender or am I imagining things? Had parcels where customer has been in like third or fourth time but still has the parcel come in back to me one fourth or fifth attempt. Just a damn s**t show all for the sake of closing calling staff to collect parcels the next day 🤦

Can confirm this. Had it just last week. PDA resets the clock and round you go again  Potentially could go on ad infinitum :d'oh!

Surely it needs updating, when it's happened to me I've ticked the please arrange redelivery option and hand it back to the csp.
