How are the trial offices handling bulk postings like council tax which will be hitting every last delivery point? Wonder if RM might tweak the DTS system in some way when it's processing bulk postings.

Given that there is only 1 current trial office the issue of bulk postings probably hasn't come up.
Maybe RM will just do away with DTS. It doesn't seem to fit in with the reforms proposed.

In Pilot offices, the feeding MC has to run the DTS at all times.

It must save them money to run it intermittently, so they will probably start switching it off and on and off again once they think we won’t notice because the Pilot system is so hellish anyway.

No one is allowed to turn the DTS off anymore. Wave 2 walksort is now also DTS as well.

They've had no 1C so their 2C mail gets deferred and hits the 5 day limit when it gets released automatically

There's two types of DSA, there's normal DSA and there's an economy version. At the moment normal DSA doesn't come under the DTS system.

Wonder if the MC that covers your DO has sequenced them on their IMPs/iLSMs rather than the CSS machines, even though they're not supposed to. We beat our record last night by a massive amount for the total number of items run across all our CSS machines.
