I mean when a dpr driver has a day off or sick they give out the large this can’t happen when 4 into 3 dm26.
👍 Don't worry we will be fully staffed and have spare workers to cover all eventualities 🤔
Another new starter at our DO is going to pack in soon :arrrghhh
Youngster (20+) in our office, no urgency about him, just wanders about aimlessly, no logical thought processes to get things organised (this is 6 months in).

We've also got one in our DO, he's also had a few incidents in the van! I could never job share with him as I'd end up losing my rag. I guess if he did show some urgency he wouldn't be working for RM.

Most of our younger new starts are in the unenviable position of being stuck living at their parents with no options to earn enough to move out. They don't really care about the job because as far as they're concerned it's barely above minimum wage and is just pocket money... If they get sacked they can earn almost the same elsewhere doing something else they don't want to do

Good on them. Minimum wage, minimum effort. Always.

I thought youth unemployment was at record levels?
