Some customers don't even seem to bother answering the door

These are the customers you need to punish, pre-write the 739, ring everything & hard knock & card it, walk away, ignore them shouting you up the street, let them come to you in their slippers/bare feet/rain, they soon start answering the door in future, thank me later

You can guarantee just as you're about to put the 739 through the letter box they suddenly answer the door. I can never understand how we seem to catch them by surprise delivering a parcel.
