Looks like no update for the paying members again tonight. All hush hush and secret info for the workshy Div reps. Make that broken promise number 847 under this group of fraudulent outright liars led by Ward the fraud himself.

They promised an update by the end of the week not by today.

They replied to a comment on their Facebook post saying they would update members early this evening after they updated the special people above us during the day. I’m pretty sure we will get an update this week and I may be nitpicking but we can’t keep allowing them to set deadlines and then fail them. It’s a constant theme with this rabble.

Old ODM is 4 duties and 3 posties. 1 postie walker jumping between 2 van shares. Double mail every day pretty much. We all knew that wasn't gonna work with the large amount of parcels we get now idays.
New proposed ODM is where u do roughly a quarter of lapsed duty.
Then for your van share you do packets parcels for 1 side and everything the next.
Jumping between the 2.
Walking postie stays on the same duty everyday and goes round with you to do packets and parcels for 1 side rather than going solo with the old ODM.

That's the CWU's proposals I've not seen RM indicate they are interested, or perhaps more importantly, suggest that they are going to pilot the proposals. Personally I can't see where any savings are made if RM is still employing 2 posties to cover 2 duties every day, plus why pay 2 posties to do a job which can be completed by 1 postie on the "short" days? The CWU sounds more like wishful thinking by them than a proposal RM will ever accept.

The saved money comes from the lapsed duty. It becomes part of your duty which means it no longer needs manned.

I think myself and others in here took it that you stay on the duty you picked in the repick following whatever duty structures are put in rather than stay on whatever you're currently doing, I know for a fact our office wants the duties evening out.
