Is anyone else office strict on the sign out finishing time ?

At our office, which always been ran poorly with start and finish times.

People come in before there start time, throw whatever they can off and then scan in on there official start time dont have any breaks and scan out way before there finish time and absolutely nothing is said about it by management

Im the only one that walks into the office on there start time and the only one who has all my breaks.

My office people scan out when they want early that's after moaning about letters and parcels and official notice going up about not scan in or out early.

I agree but after all this time it still isn't being enforced, who can blame people talking advantage when 99% of the time it's RM taking advantage of the workforce
