Are all revisions and repicks halted now

Can't remember the last time our office had a revision and re-pick either. There are two main reasons for this:

1. The majority of posties are on "fixed walks" and don't like change. In our office, over half the posties have either bypassed seniority by bagging duties they never signed for OR applied for a part-time position and then very quickly got made up to full-time.

2. Most managers don't like the upheaval of revising duties and having a re-pick. We were initially due to have a revision to put duties in and correct some of the duties which are clearly bigger than others, but a re-pick? I think hell might have to freeze over first. Even our USO reform is being planned to keep posties on these duties but how it will save the company any money is anyone's guess.

There will be a version of USO reform at every office, but like people say, it will be severely watered down in offices that are more resistant to change. Always has been and always will be.
If there is a full office repick and we get anything close to 2 out of 5 Saturdays off I'd be stunned. And it's not a small office out in the sticks.

I highly doubt it will be watered down because a few senior posties in an office getting the hump over things changing. This change is to save the company hundreds of millions of pounds per year and Bob who has been on his duty 20 years and doesn’t want a re-sign won’t stand in the way.
Tony Bouch said in the union live stream last week that every delivery office will have a repick when the uso change comes in.

It represents a significant change to working, in the same way as maybe the dropping of 2nd delivery which increased walks or the introduction of park & loop.

There will be modifications to the pilot model, because each office is different, but the main thrust will remain the same, save millions by cutting staff and condensing walks.
