I think My Performance is also available on your People App on your phone - I don’t know what data it shows because I avoid clicking on it.

I’m intrigued to see what sort of ‘stats’ (
) it comes up with. I’ve looked at it on my pda a few times but can’t seem to find out how to look it up on the my peoples app. I’ve found the my performance tile on the app but from what I can see it’s just a load of guff about the app?-

The CWU is going to be using some of the £1.4b pension surplus to make a employee trust fund.
Where bonus are gonna be drawn from.
They want to setup a performance incentive scheme.
Similiar to that christmas we had where u'd get a bonus for clearing the office.
But its gonna be down to the individual.
So i'm guessing it'll be link to the myperformance app.
