It's only small, but lots of small things take time, and it's bloody annoying- this job could be made so much better if the software was user friendly on all sides.

Everything we do now takes time that we never used to do before. Like, for example, leaving parcels with neighbours. I wonder how many posties who leave parcels with neighbours they don't know actually bother to click on the delivery to neighbour option and ask for their name?

And then leave a card with the full details including the tracking number.

And taking a photo of every tracked item. There’s no time to get a quality snap every time. Sometimes maybe good sometimes maybe s**t.
