Most likely FTD have improved so less customers complaints and less re-deliveries.

Interesting one that. I've noticed that the number of Tracked parcels that I actually slipped don't actually tally with what the myperformance app says the following day. For example, on Monday I slipped over a dozen parcels but according to the app I've only slipped ONE. Impressive.

Odd asmines fairly accurate although if you only delivered 12 Tracked items in a day the PDA probably fell asleep a few times during your duty!!

Definitely can't count, yesterday scanned 98 to core route, delivered all of them, checked PDA today and it says I only had 67 yesterday.

It can only be that. They weren’t at all interested in it until around September last year and then it became a daily ‘Have you checked the app?’
