Most likely FTD have improved so less customers complaints and less re-deliveries.

Interesting one that. I've noticed that the number of Tracked parcels that I actually slipped don't actually tally with what the myperformance app says the following day. For example, on Monday I slipped over a dozen parcels but according to the app I've only slipped ONE. Impressive. :Applause
Odd asmines fairly accurate although if you only delivered 12 Tracked items in a day the PDA probably fell asleep a few times during your duty!!

The pda can’t count. First time delivery never tally’s with what you delivered.

Definitely can't count, yesterday scanned 98 to core route, delivered all of them, checked PDA today and it says I only had 67 yesterday.

So, as an exercise in informing the OPG about their performance... the OPG is left with more questions.
The machine stops.

We have a quite vocal militant postie who point blank refuses to open or look at this app, boy does our manager make things difficult for him, it’s relentless 🤣

I wonder why that is? Couldn't be anything to do with his BONUS could it? :cuppa

It can only be that. They weren’t at all interested in it until around September last year and then it became a daily ‘Have you checked the app?’

What was different about the period before September? 💰💰💰

Don't be silly, managers are just concerned about the well being and success of Royal Mail. (Don't forget your tracked!)
