Can't believe our office is not on that list, most did not get out until gone half ten, tracked & 1st class was coming back by the bag loads on cut off :Very Happy

In the grand scheme of the crisis, cutoffs are numerically irrelevant. It's all about the callrates - outside 'Peak' and the financial new year they're almost never high enough to put an office on the list. What you see in this thread is the tip of the iceberg.

Sequenced callrates have been in the single digits for many duties this week, manual maybe pushes that up to 15%; so if we had a January 3rd and 90% of duties didn't go out that would represent a 13% failure of delivery points in the office. That could happen every day and you wouldn't breach the 30% mark to appear on the list. Most of the country is in the situation where duties are being alternated daily and the numbers almost always work out to <30%.
