A poster will go up on the wall with 'You said' filled in with lots of comments and then it'll fall off the wall a few months later with 'We did' still blank. In the employee survey no-one can hear you scream.

Nothing will get done, as usual, but it`s a good way of letting off steam and an opportunity to tell them exactly what you think of the company. If posties start getting dragged out into the yard and beaten, we`ll know it`s not anonymous.

Just say you’ll do it, but don’t.

Re: Boycott the Employee Survey
I filled one years ago as the DOM mentioned that no one should complain if you don't fill the survey.
I remember filling out the additional comments at the end of the survey and raising concerns within the office. I spent an hour of my life which I will never get back, and nothing got done. So whats the point of the survey if nothing gets actioned off.

Re: Boycott the Employee Survey
Last one I filled out was over a decade ago I think. Whatever feedback they get will be manipulated & used as a manager back slapping exercise over on that dreadful Robin app anyway…
“Shorts,in this weather?!”
“If they’re bills I don’t want ‘em!”
“What’s she been ordering now?”

What incentive has our manager got to hassle us daily to do the survey then as generally he won't do anything he doesn't have to.JustALowlyManager wrote: ↑23 May 2026, 20:09As a lowly manager, I can confirm that this has nothing to do with manager's bonuses, and hasn't for quite some time.

If it's nothing to do with an actual direct bonus, it might still have something to do with metrics or KPI's that are visible at a higher level. I wonder how many managers are going to get roasted in the comments section of the survey.

Extract from my post on this thread indicates otherwise; Unless this has changed after 2021/22, or the bonus was only for that particular trust score!JustALowlyManager wrote: ↑23 May 2026, 20:09As a lowly manager, I can confirm that this has nothing to do with manager's bonuses, and hasn't for quite some time.
"....This previous joint activity effectively came to an end when the survey produced a trust score of 68%, resulting in the previous CEO reneging on his promise not to make management bonus payments unless the ‘trust score’ hit 70 or above. The national disputes then commenced meaning joint activity was inappropriate in any event....."

‘We do not incentivise managers to prioritise parcels…’ comes to mind. The reason offices are full of 2c mail, is because managers have their homework marked on Tracked.rogersh wrote: ↑24 May 2026, 14:10Extract from my post on this thread indicates otherwise; Unless this has changed after 2021/22, or the bonus was only for that particular trust score!JustALowlyManager wrote: ↑23 May 2026, 20:09As a lowly manager, I can confirm that this has nothing to do with manager's bonuses, and hasn't for quite some time.

If they are not offered a bonus to have us fill in the survey, we would know nothing about it.

Our manager was asking people to fill a trust survey in today, how did he know who'd filled it in or not?
