There's a guy on eBay with an entire cowshed full of Pashley Mailstars. How about getting upper management onto a salary sacrifice scheme to purchase them?

The media are now suggesting diesel supplies will run out by the end of the month if the Straits aren't opened soon, if it isn't it'll be interesting to see what action the Government takes in the next week or two as surely they'll have to restrict supplies/usage rather than just left fuel supplies run out?

I run a diesel car. Be interesting to see how I might be getting to work if it does run out

I wouldn't worry too much as if you can't get diesel then RM probably won't get any for their wagons or vans!

Here's what im thinking...... if everyone had a bike and a deliveroo parcel bag..and one van hidd bags in the ditches on all the runs we could pick them up once our deliveroo parcel rucksack backpack is empty then just refill it again at the ditch.. can one even begin to imagine how much money kretinsky would save.. nobody has also thought of the "vehicle check app" ..it would save time as well.. I think im onto something here....

I'd love to go back, but have you tried getting a duty in a pouch box these days? You can't get many packets in them which is all the company cares about, while the letters will sit in the frame until the crisis alleviates.

The only way to enable on-foot delivery of parcels without a vehicle would be to have a dense network of properties throughout the country. Some sort of office for the post from which staff could come and go while performing deliveries. You know, the complete opposite of the strategy for the last three decades.

Two ships is probably next to nothing when 20% of the worlds oil normally comes via that route, in fact probably two ships is just enough for one or two small UK towns fuel supplies for just a week.

Saw a chart listing the fuel reserves held by country, apparently we keep the equivalent of 134 days in reserve. Some of the Scandinavian countries keep over a years worth
