Get your sleep in - anything less than seven hours and you are compromising short term performance and long term health. And, note, hours lost on even one night can't be caught up the following night or with a lie-in at th eweek-end - sleep doesn't work like that. Don't take my word for it - google it - sleep research is advancing every year .

You can go back to the office - less time to do your delivery
