All most of it was true and somebody didn't want it released before Monday's meeting? Nothing really stood out as being totally wrong information.

Well spoke with area rep today an he said dont expect any major update based on what they have been told past few days.

Over the last few weeks, in conjunction with our owners EP Group, we have continued to hold intensive talks with the CWU on deployment of Universal Service reform and the wider implementation of the EP-CWU Agreement.
Whilst we have jointly worked hard to conclude these important issues, the reality is that their complexity and the fast-approaching peak period mean that it has become clear that we will not be in a position to deploy further Universal Service reform pre-peak.
We remain committed to Universal Service reform and recognise how vital it is for the future of the company, securing improvements in quality of service and its financial sustainability. We will continue to engage in talks with the CWU, learning lessons from the current pilots, so that we can reach a full agreement on Universal Service deployment as soon as possible and aim to implement reform from January 2026.
We also remain committed to the EP-CWU Agreement and will continue to discuss these important issues in the coming weeks to reach meaningful conclusions at the earliest opportunity.
We will update you all further when we have more news to share. But in the meantime thank you all for your dedication and continued hard work as we prepare for our busiest time of year.

We have no real plans to equalise/harmonise/level up as promised, and we hope you'll have forgotten about it after we work you to death at Christmas.

I feel very sorry for the newer contract people, I see no way forward from what I read, all they are interested in is forcing through a joke of a plan on uso, annoying legacy staff so much that they leave, eventually having less legacy on their payroll. That has always been the plan from what I can see, right back to late 2022.
