Why on earth would you advise anybody to go sick. :no no
Guy said he has to go 8 months without having a week off thats far to long so if he can't get a week in that time the logical choice would be to have a sickie..not the end of the world having a sickie sean me old chum🙃
How is advising somebody to go sick a logical choice.especially when you have no idea what their sick record is like.could be on a stage 1 or even 2 just seems illogical to me but then you know best.
Nice of you to say so😊

We don't have summer and winter leave. We simply have the leave ceilings for a given week, filled based on the leave groups. Year 1 the first leave group gets 1st dibs, the next year the first leave group goes to the back and the 2nd leave group gets 1st dibs. The next year the 2nd leave group goes to the back and the 3rd leave group gets 1st dibs. Eventually the first group will be back at the front, getting 1st dibs.

How many staff are just sorting in your MC? Are you seriously forgetting that every single piece of it has to actually be delivered Aiden01? f***ing LOL!

You'll never work delivery... remember?

Yet another personal attack based on their job. Seriously, you are turning into a troll and at the moment add nothing to the debates, and make Blue Shirts look unreasonable when you attack processing staff in such a manner. Stop it. 2 Warning issued tonight.

We have to book whole weeks, once everyone has got their whole weeks, then the odd days are dealt with.
