What ever happened to " team " , the workers united , a solid front and comrades lets stick together? All the usual bullshit you get when you throw away money on useless strikes. We get shafted in the end as always.
Everyone’s out for themselves
Backstabbing
The butt kissers still get away with doing less
Out of the headline 500 figure, anybody who got the bonus could only get max 250 if their office hit the targets each week. Nationally the company failed. We got zero.
Not a chance, most of the us worked over every day, however. We didn't have any agency staff or extra vans. Totally drained, walks were doubled up most days.
I turned up every day and delivered everything I was asked to, but only got £100 bonus. One fifth of the promised amount. A real con.
Not really a con, it was obvious that no one was ever going to get the full £500 as it relied on every DO and MC in the country clearing everyday, something that was never going to happen.

Probably best we didn't. I think had everyone got the 500 quid it would've cost the company about half a billion quid. Probably would've sent us under. Gives you some idea about how realistic it actually was. That said, I got 100 quid so ain't gonna moan.

£500 x 100,000 workers = 50 million
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
Everything is pro rata. You work the same or harder and get less.
If you worked up to FT hours for any qualifying weeks(providing you passed that weeks target) you got the full amount for that week. Then it depends how well your DOM/Com fudged the figures as it's all creative accounting.
Got nothing but didn't expect anything as our walks have been well and truly butchered ,i would of had to do a 12 hour day everyday for 5 weeks to get the bonus ,i worked my ass off as usual at xmas and got nothing, how to motivate a workforce, morale is so low people now do as little as possible, great bit of management.

We had agency staff and extra vans plus an abundance of guys willing to clear and got about 170 quid which just shows how unfair and unjust it is compared to offices like yours.
