That doesn't answer what the OP asked "6.36 to 13.36 why not 6.30 to 13.30?" Imagine going to a supermarket etc and their winter opening time had moved to 8.06!!

I was stumped today when it came to claiming OT as I didn't have a clue what time I was supposed to finish!

My guess.

Fulltimer starts 07:00, finishes at 14:45. They make the parttimers finish at the same time & work backwards to find their start time.

Over the years the times have changed.
(1) Shorter working week so take 12 minutes from the start of the shift (now start at 07:12)
(2) Mail arrival from MC change slightly so now starting at 07:02 with 14:35 finish.
(3) Long & short days. Finish time changes to 14:44 but start times vary thoughout the week depend on how busy each day usually is. eg Mon 0718, Tue 0744, Thu 0658 etc

I think dispatch times from MCs are more likely to be 1 to 2 hours later depending on where the mail is coming from into the Mc from other MCs
