Not gonna lie, I'm struggling to have any sympathy for you. I suffer with anxiety and depression, but that is no reason not to report and accident. I'd be more inclined to report, because I overthink everything and jump to the worst possible conclusions in my mind. And no level of depression means we don't know right from wrong. You've damaged a van, not reported it, potentially getting one of your colleagues in trouble. Then you've damaged an innocent member of the publics car without taking any responsibility potentially leaving them a huge bill through no fault of their own. Just own up, and take whatever is coming your way.

When you get to re-take your driver training Simon, the instructor will probably want to go through your incident in detail, so that lessons can be learned and they can then put a green tick against your name.

If you can drive excellently you will soon be back driving again.

As for the other stuff others have mentioned, say little and suck it up whatever comes your way.
Eventually with a little time, everything will go back to normal.
