Need your advice.

I've started on a 30 hour contract. 6 hours a day. When I get in at 08:20, I've got to prep etc and by the time I leave the DO and do what I can (I genuinely don't piss about and really am not stop). I cannot complete by my finish time. Is this going to cause a problem because I'm on the verge of just jacking it in if the unrealistic targets are expected. Cheers in advance for any replies. I absolutely love the job but how the f**k do they expect me to prep for 3 hours and walk there which takes 20 mins and complete in time. I'd be out till 6pm.

What happens on your day off/hols, does your relief face the same issues?
