Leaving RM will honestly be the best thing you will ever do. Far more better employers out there screaming out for grafters like posties and ones who will value you far more. Don’t want to sound like i am blowing my own trumpet but I wish I had done it far sooner. I look in now and again and feel heart sorry for all who have to endure the dirty tactics from management grinding good honest men into the ground. Staff seem to be leaving in there droves and it comes as no surprise. I went onto a job doing handy man work. Self employed .
I know a good few former RM colleagues who say the same. All glad to be away and in far better employment. Bus drivers, folk back on the tools, work from home and in training. To name but a few. Good luck to anyone wise and brave enough to take the leap but a bloody great one it will be. Sign up. Put your CV up on one of the well known job sites and go from there. Your body and mind will thank you

Good luck
