How many Delivery Offices are run by shoddy managers UK wide?

I've been a postman for 36 years working in a small delivery office. I've had five managers in that time and can honestly say never had any trouble with any of them. But i think the problem is nowadays they're under so much pressure from higher up. There are so many stupid, impractical ideas thought up by people who have never done the job.

I think these days managers in both DOs and MCs (more so DOs) find if they don't implement whatever they're ordered to implement (even if they know it's going to f**k up a shift or office) they'll just moved on and a new manager brought in who will implement whatever it is they've been ordered to implement.
