A few weeks ago, one of our small vans went in for a service and never came back. Dom was told it had to be scrapped because it wasn’t cost effective to repair. They told him that there wasn’t a replacement.
We have had the same but 3 van's in the last 2 weeks.Have been told no replacement so we have 3 p&l duty's with no van.
So what was the solution ?
Our DO has got a hire van as a replacement, no idea when we weren't given a ICE van from one of the local DO's which have gone fully down the EV route.

At the moment rotate the failed duty's.This is probably the worst run company that has ever been.

Unbelievable, can't wait for the royal mail spokesperson to report "sorry we're unable to deliver your mail due to COVID, sickness, staff levels plus we haven't got enough f***ing vans"
