Ahh, the poor old COMs.They maybe should have joined the fight against this unworkable agenda from above, but alas no,they took their blood money to help ruin our strikes, now facing the reality of trying to manage the unmanageable.Very hard to have any sympathy.I have zero good will to do anything but my scheduled hours at the moment.

It's slowly dawning on some of them that they are now entirely on their own, staff will not support them, their managers will not support them and their inadequacies are there for all to see, expect sickness levels at COM level to start rising.

Ours & other local Coms are all cracking up basically. Being bullied from above, stress too much.

They want these revisions bludgeoned in
- whether they work or not is irrelevant.
